I have found the materials contained on the website to be very useful and valuable to activities undertaken by the Florida League of Cities. I have been the League’s primary lobbyist on outdoor advertising issues over the past several years. Over this time frame, I have frequently downloaded materials and information from the website on outdoor advertising activities in Florida, other states and at the federal level. The primary purpose of the Florida League of Cities is to preserve local government homerule powers, including homerule authority over regulating outdoor advertising. Scenic Florida’s website has been a very valuable resource to me in these activities, and I urge you to maintain the website for the benefit of all Floridians.
